Hi Mike, and what is first on that wish list of things to consume besides coke :-)
Fantastic progress.
You will have to get Lee and Bryce into the half marathon with you.

Well done mike- let the singing begin- ( in your own time) love from Margaret Northcroft did you just feel the two earthquakes? Just now /this house groaned a bit but nothin fell hurrah, the books would have made a mess- but then again I might have discovered some I had mislaid.
I was at oriental bay yesterday netting some rockpool fish to put in a marine aquarium I have set up with a 5 year old friend of mine and a little native cricket floated by. I rescued him and put him on a grassy patch - hope there is a female in that area so we can hear their babies cheeping in the spring - why he was taking a dip I will never know!

Hey Mike

It's great to hear that the trachy is finally out! Looking forward to catching up and hearing you talk again (even if it is about the minimum wage).

Secure a place for me in the support crew for your ironman.

Keep up the good work.

Dave

Dear Mike,
Fantastic news, sounds like you're sorting that "being" time to support doing more and more - you and your core support team are an inspiration!
With love and energy,
A.Janne

Fantastic to see the progress that you have been making over the last few weeks. We read the reports avidly and hear other news from Zoe and Mark.
Hope that we can soon have you back in a kayak in the Pukehina surf.
Huge admiration for your Mum and Dad too. You are very lucky to have such a supportive family.

Mike,

I've just managed to catch up on your progress! I was so happy to hear that you've improved so much. London is big and dirty but am enjoying it. Thinking of you.
