Vicki here, friend of Louisas. You meet me down at the half ironman in taupo in December. We emailed each other a couple of times re the up coming ironman, but we never did get our schedules together to catch up. Lets blame lou for that hee hee. My husband Scott got hit off his bike a couple of weeks before you. Anyway i just wanted you to know that i have been thinking of you all this time and reading your progress report daily. The photo your family put on the website is awesome. you are looking in top form. and your ironman top is just great!!!!. Ironman was certianly hardwork , but very rewarding. If you decide to do it next year i will defintely be shouting from the side lines.
mike, hang out for a very thick coffee shake! Not sure if you're getting my messages, as can't find them on the comments. Following your progress daily.
If you need warmth can I suggest Derby, lots of sun here and 38.
